The Workgroup Arbitration hearing began on Wednesday
December 1 and concluded on Friday December 3, 2010 of last week.
The Union and Company each have 30 days to submit their final written briefs.
Following receipt of the briefs, FMCS rules allow the Arbitrator 60 days to
issue a written decision. The Arbitrator did say however that he would try to do
so earlier.
