Attached is a brief history of the PEIR Program
for your information as well as a PEIR facilitator application. If you have
an interest in becoming a PEIR facilitator, please fill out the attached
application and return it to me. All non-management employees must have
their Local Union president as well as their supervisor sign the
application. No application for non-management employees can be processed
without their Local Union president’s signature. The Committee on Substance Abuse meets quarterly and reviews PEIR applications. From Scott Horn: Effective Workplace Communication
