A BEACON OF HOPE

Attached is a brief history of the PEIR Program for your information as well as a PEIR facilitator application. If you have an interest in becoming a PEIR facilitator, please fill out the attached application and return it to me. All non-management employees must have their Local Union president as well as their supervisor sign the application. No application for non-management employees can be processed without their Local Union president’s signature.

The Committee on Substance Abuse meets quarterly and reviews PEIR applications.

Effective Workplace Communication

Hello PEIRs:

Now more than ever, communication plays a major role in both business and personal relationships. Participants learn to recognize the factors that often interfere with communication, and develop skills that contribute to effective interpersonal communication in the workplace.

The date is 10/12/2011 at 10 a.m. MDT.
Training duration: 60 - 90 minutes
