This is to inform you that we will be returning to the Hallmark Inn in Cannon Beach, Oregon,  for this year’s Tri-State meeting. The meeting will be held Thursday, September 11 beginning at 9AM through noon, Saturday, September 13, 2008.  The registration fee per delegate is $50.00 and each guest is $10.00.  

A block of rooms has been reserved for the nights of Wednesday, September 10 through Saturday, September 13, 2008.  Following is a list of room prices.  If you need more detailed information the hotel’s direct number is 1-888-448-4449 or 503-436-1566.  All reservations must be made by August 10, 2008.  Any rooms not claimed by that date will be returned to the Resort’s inventory for resale.  Reservations made after that date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the regular rates.

Vacation Rentals – each includes 2 queen beds, step out balcony, some have kitchenette and some have a wood burning fireplace.
