Next year’s conference will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown, 1550 Court Place, Denver, CO 80202.  The Conference will begin on Sunday afternoon, March 11^th and end on Tuesday afternoon, March 13^th.  All Bargaining Unit Meetings will take place on Sunday morning except Qwest/CenturyLink meeting which will be on Wednesday, March 14th.   

At the Bargaining Unit Meetings for Dex and Qwest/CenturyLink, elections will be held for bargaining committees. 

The room rate is $99 for single or double rooms (plus state/local taxes).  Note the cutoff date for this rate is Friday, February 17^th.  Hotel reservations can be made online by clicking on this url:  http://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/CWOA or call directly to the hotel at 303-893-3333.   Cancellation of reservations must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night’s room and tax. 

The Registration Form is attached.  On the form, please list each attendee, noting “D” for delegate, “A” for alternate or “G” for guest.  (If you need assistance in determining the number of delegates permitted for your Local, your staff representative can help you.)  Please list the participant’s email address on the form.  Return the Registration Form and $110 registration fee for each attendee to the attention of Faye Massengill at the District Office by Friday, March 2, 2012.  Make your checks payable to “CWA District 7 Registration Fund.”  The Registration Form can be emailed to Faye at fmassengill@cwa-union.org or faxed to her at 303-771-7198.
