SUBJECT:	Tri-State Officer's Meeting

The Spring 2010 Tri-State Officers Meeting in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 25th and conclude by noon on May 26th. 

Rooms have been reserved for the nights of May 24th and 25th. The following packages include breakfast the mornings of May 25th and 26th, (remainder of the meals will be on your own), one FREE 18-hole golf green fee, and use of all Resort amenities and activities.  

$127.73 for both nights: per person double occupancy

(includes tax & service charge)

$221.13 for both nights: per person single occupancy

(includes tax & service charge)

THE FOLLOWING IS DUE BY MONDAY, April  12th, 2010: 

Ø	Advise who is attending, even if not reserving lodging, by completing the Registration Form and with payment mail to Eileen. (see address above)
Ø	Reservations at the Sugar Lake Lodge by calling 1-800-450-4555.
Identify yourself with CWA or Communications Workers of America to receive the reduced room rate.
