| SUBJECT: | Dex Media Bargaining Agent Change and Labor Management Council Appointments | ||
Effective January 31, 2005, Louise Caddell will become the Bargaining Agent for the Dex Media group. I want to thank Lew Ellingson for his commitment and dedication to this assignment.
This will also serve as notification that the Labor Management Council as outlined in Article 18.1 of the current CWA-Dex Media collective bargaining agreement shallbe reappointed/appointed. It would be our intention to have two members from Operations and two members from Sales. Currently, the LMC locally is comprised of Rebecca Schwenk, Graphic Designer, Local 7803; Laurie Hemming, Administrative Support, Local 7901; Sandy Wick, Premise Representative, Local 7200 and Rose Fonter, Premise Representative, Local 7400. I would appreciate recommendations from the Local President accompanied by a resume of interested individuals faxed to me at 303-793-7927 no later than February 4, 2005. The council members will be announced on February 7, 2005.
The next LMC meeting will be held in Denver on February 17-18, 2005.
